Make Easy Finance Limited (“MEFL”) was originally Incorporated as a Public Limited Company in the name of “Make Easy Home Finance Limited” on January 27, 2012 under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 and altered name as “Make Easy Finance Limited” with effect from July 13, 2012. MEFL is registered with the Reserve Bank of India as a Non-Deposit taking, Non-Systemically Important Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) on May 10, 2013.
